The water level of the water distribution tank is not allowed to be too high and directly overflow. At the same time, the water level difference of each water distribution tank in the tower should not be greater than 10% to 15%, and the temperature difference of the outlet water of the same type of cooling tower should not exceed 1°C.
7. Properly implement a reasonable and reasonable sewage plan; observe the cooling equipment's dirty love situation and water quality; check and ensure the normal operation of the sewage system, and make relevant records.
8. Observe the cooling and catching water, and leaking equipment with circulating water ditches and other lovers. When the cooling board is out of service, it can be judged from the change of the water level; during the cooling operation, it can be judged from the change of the replenishment water volume and the water level. The inspection should be organized when necessary.
9. Frequently observe the water level of each cooling tower sump and circulating water ditch so that the difference between the water levels of different parts is not more than 15%. Adjust the amount of supplemental water in time to ensure

Correctly implement and rationally adjust the winter operation plan and anti-freezing measures, including: reasonable operation of the cooling tower to be shut down in winter; putting in a special anti-freezing water distribution device; regularly warming and diligently adjusting the windshield; timely cleaning harmful hanging ice; The transportation equipment shall be protected from freezing and water storage or circulating water, etc.
11. The monitoring of rotating equipment such as mechanical ventilation and cooling fans should be strengthened during operation; mechanical friction sound, blade swing, motor temperature rise, gearbox and bearing oil level changes, and oil pump operation.
12. In the cold season, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of doubtful water overdose during operation. According to the meteorological conditions and load, after calculating and experimenting to determine the circulating water volume in winter, the number of circulating pumps and cooling tower block trees can be determined. .
