The high-temperature cooling tower is a kind of circulating cooling equipment, which mainly uses the contact of water and air for cold and heat exchange to achieve the purpose of cooling. To keep the high-temperature cooling tower circulating, we need to equip special water pipelines.

       (1) Circulating water inlet and outlet pipes: It is appropriate to go down to avoid piping with a sudden height, and there must be no piping higher than the water tank below.

       (2) The size of piping should be connected according to the size of the bottom of the tower. Otherwise, the effect is too small, and the material is wasted if it is too large.

       (3) The circulating water pump should be below the water level of the lower tank in normal operation.

       (4) When two or more industrial cooling towers are used in combination, and only one pump is used, the water tank must be additionally equipped with a connecting pipe, which is the same height of the two cooling towers used together.

       (5) Vibration-proof hoses should be used at the inlets and outlets of circulating water of more than 4 inches to prevent the tower body from vibrating due to pipeline vibrations, and to avoid the loss of water tray rupture due to incorrect piping.

       The difference between high-temperature cooling towers and other types of cooling towers is their adaptability to higher temperatures, which is mainly suitable for high-temperature production.
