Many customers and friends may have trouble when buying cooling towers. Which tower shape is the best and which one is more suitable? In fact, cross-flow cooling towers and counter-flow cooling towers are both types of cooling towers, so why do you need to distinguish between cross-flow and counter-flow cooling types?

1. The structure is different: cross flow cross (CROSS FLOW), wind and water flow cross cross forward flow (COUNTER FLOW) is the relative direction of wind and water flow.

2. Convenient maintenance and repair: Most of the components of the cross-flow energy-saving cooling tower are exposed and accessible. Regardless of the size, they can basically be inspected without stopping the machine and cleaned internally. Internally, it is invisible and inconvenient for maintenance.

3. Size: The cross flow type is generally rectangular (single fan), that is, the width is large and the length is small. The counter-current type is basically square, with the same length and width. Regarding the placement of the venue, the same amount of water, placed as a cross flow, may be smaller in length.

4. Water spraying density: From the design point of view, the packing water spraying density of the cross flow tower is much larger than that of the counterflow tower.

5. Packing height: The packing height of the cross-flow tower can theoretically be infinitely high, while the packing height of the counter-flow tower is limited. 6. Design flexibility: The design flexibility of the cross-flow tower is much greater than that of the counter-flow tower. In theory, the design of the cross-flow tower, fluid analysis and thermal calculation are also called counter-current complex.

7. Treatment of large temperature difference: In the treatment of large temperature difference, the cross flow tower can utilize the flexible design of the packing height to achieve satisfactory results.

8. Cost: The difference in basic structure. The cost of the crossflow tower is much greater than that of the counterflow tower.
