The main structure:

1. Strengthened FRP

    The tower enclosure is made of high-strength FRP board, with higher strength, corrosion resistance, brighter appearance, and no fading for a long time.

2. Steel bracket

    The bracket is made of high-quality steel, hot dip galvanized, in line with the British BS ENISO: 1999 standard, and has strong anti-corrosion ability.

3. Fan

    It is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and has the characteristics of large air volume, low noise, small vibration and long service life.

4. Belt reducer

    It has the characteristics of stable operation, low noise, high transmission efficiency and long service life.

5. Belt

   High-strength composite materials, long service life, not easy to slip and so on.

6. Motor

   The cooling tower is fully enclosed waterproof and low noise type, which has the advantages of light weight, high efficiency and no heat.

7. Filler

   The special texture design prolongs the water-gas heat exchange time, the high-quality modified PVC material is formed by vacuum blister, the heat exchange area is large, and the service life is long.
