3. Composition and characteristics of cooling tower:

1. Tower body stress mechanism: It is a reinforced concrete frame structure with a natural frequency of 12HZ and a maximum operating amplitude of 0.09mm. The steel parts have been strengthened with anti-corrosion measures, and two epoxy asphalt paints are applied after galvanizing.

2. Maintenance structure: made of polyester glass fiber reinforced plastic, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, and anti-aging.

3. Air cylinder: It is a kinetic energy recovery type, with reasonable air flow organization, high efficiency, glass fiber reinforced plastic material, light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance.

4. Fan: The blade material is epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic, the blade is wing type, filled with foamed plastic, the fan has reasonable aerodynamic force, large air volume, high efficiency, noise resistance, and corrosion resistance.

5. Reducer: horizontal and horizontal type, low noise, high efficiency, reliable oil lubrication, convenient maintenance, and oil temperature and vibration alarm devices.

6. Motor: Variable-torque and pole-changing variable-speed motor for cooling tower. The 800 and 1000 models are equipped with double speeds and have significant energy-saving effects. They are called "energy-saving cooling towers". The motor speed can be controlled manually or automatically through the control cabinet. Compared with single-speed motors, single-speed motors can save electricity in days when they are shut down in cold weather. The annual power saving can be 40% for double speeds and 50% for triple speeds. It has flexible operation management. When the temperature is high, the humidity is high, or the water temperature of the water equipment is reduced, the high speed is opened, otherwise the medium or low speed can be opened, and the low temperature at night can also be opened. Because the temperature inside the tower is high, ice can be eliminated. The low speed in winter also makes the drifting water negligible. 7. Filler: The wave of the filler sheet presses the wavelet, the steel is large, the surface area is large, the redistribution ability of the water is strong, the water film is formed uniformly, the residence time is long, and the water drops do not fall directly away from the filler. There is a bidirectional concave and convex mounting head on the packing, which is not easy to stick and block when the assembly is firmly bonded, without lodging, deformation, and poor water quality. The filler is made of modified PVC material, with a temperature resistance of -35 ℃ -65 ℃ and flame retardant. The performance conforms to NDGJ88-89 "Technical Regulations for Cooling Tower Plastic Water Filling Packing" of the Ministry of Energy.

8. Water distribution system: It is a pipe-type water distribution, using a reflection type II nozzle. The inlet pressure only requires a 1.5m free water head at the center elevation of the inlet pipe.

9. Water collector: The water collector is used on the water pipe in the tower, and the water collection effect is remarkable. In high-speed operation, the amount of floating water is less than 0.01%, and it is negligible at low speed.

10. Water inlet pipe: the dividing line between the cooling tower manufacturer and the cooling tower user is on the tower, and the flat welded steel flange

Pool: The pool and foundation underneath the tower, the embedded steel plates, etc. are the responsibility of the user. The connection foundation and load of the pool and tower are specified in this product manual. The water level should be within -0.25    -0.3m.
